What is the difference between a Member and a Customer?
Both pay the same price for products, but Members join by purchasing an initial order and then allow a recurring monthly order. Due to their product purchase loyalty, Members are entitled to all the benefits of the Extreme Rewards Program. Members have the ability to earn Reward Dollars and gorw within the company. Customers can order at anytime, but are not entitled to any benefits of the Extreme Rewards Program.

How orders by Members and Customers creates Rewards Volume and then Rewards Dollars:
After members join, they are placed in the Rewards Tree and can begin referring other members and customers. The members they refer can then begin referring additional members and customers.
All these orders will create Rewards Dollars in your account:
- Every order you place. Members earn Rewards Dollars on all their personal orders
- New Member orders (and Member Upgrade Orders) creates Rewards Volume in your Tree
- Member monthly recurring orders creates Rewards Volume in your Tree
- Retail and Commercial Customer orders creates Rewards Volume in your Tree
Rewards Volume in your Tree will generate Rewards Dollars in your account!

Many Ways to Earn Reward Dollars
Daily Rewards
# 1 - Reward Dollars on Personal Orders - With every personal order, you earn a minimum of 4 Reward Dollars.(See Rewards Table below for full details for Rewards by order)

# 2 - Reward Dollars on the New Members & Customers you refer - Simply tell others, and when they join as a Member, you receive Reward Dollars.
When you refer a Member :
- a New Family Member > you earn 100 Reward Dollars
- a New Individual Member > you earn 25 Reward Dollars
- an Individual Member Upgrades to a Family Member > you earn 50 Reward Dollars

When you refer a Retail/Commercial Customer:
- You earn 30% of the Rewards Volume > avg = 12 Reward Dollars
- You continue to earn Reward Dollars the same way every time they order in the future

# 3 Rewards Tree Cycles
All orders that develop in your organization or Tree, create Rewards Volume. When there is 600 in cumulative volume from these orders (balanced), we call this a Rewards Tree Cycle. To generate a Rewards Tree Cycle, you need a total of 600 in volume from orders, with at least 200 on one side (balanced).
There are 5 types of orders that create volume in your Rewards Tree:

- New Family Member Activation Order ($349.95) = 200 Volume
- New Individual Member Activation Order ($114.95) = 50 Volume
- Individual Upgrade Order to Family Member ($200) = 150 Volume
- Monthly Member Recurring orders - Average per order = 50 Volume
- Retail and Commercial Customer orders - Average per order = 25 Volume
To unlock your Rewards Tree, you simply need to refer one new Member on the left and one new Member on the right that remains active with a monthly order. Then every time there is 600 in cumulative volume in your Tree (balanced) you will have a Rewards Tree Cycle.

Example:
Once you have 200 in volume on the left side of your Tree, and then 200 volume on the right, you only need 200 more volume either side. When you hit 600, an immediate Rewards Tree Cycle is created and credited to your account.

Every time we find a Rewards Tree Cycle in your Tree, you earn Reward Dollars as follows:
If you are an Family Member

30 Reward Dollars - Cycle 1
30 Reward Dollars - Cycle 2
30 Reward Dollars - Cycle 3
60 Reward Dollars - Cycle 4

If you are an Individual Member

5 Reward Dollars - Cycle 1
5 Reward Dollars - Cycle 2
5 Reward Dollars - Cycle 3
10 Reward Dollars - Cycle 4

After your 4th cycle, you start over at cycle 1. This pattern of 4 cycles can happen over, and over, and over!
